How Our Pricing Works

Base Service Fee
Every quote starts with a base fee that covers the first bedroom, the first bathroom, travel, and setup. The fee varies by service type — a deep clean starts higher than a standard visit because it requires significantly more time and skill.
Rooms & Bathrooms
Each additional bedroom beyond the first adds $50. The first bathroom is included in your base fee — additional bathrooms are priced by type: full bath $40, ¾ bath $32, half bath $22. A 2.5-bath home adds $62 beyond the base — straightforward arithmetic, no guesswork.
Condition & Add-Ons
If a home hasn't been professionally cleaned in a while, a small condition adjustment covers the extra time. Add-ons like oven interior, pet hair treatment, or linen changes are layered on top — only if you want them.
Recurring Discount
Recurring clients earn a percentage off every visit — applied to the full subtotal. The more frequently you book, the more you save. It's our way of rewarding the clients who trust us with their home long-term.

Standard Clean
